Performance = Potential – Interference
Our performance is made up of the raw material we are given minus the things that get in our way. The very reason we have a customer is we solve an interference for them. Pests interfere with their business and hurt their performance. We help them get closer to their potential. Likewise at Sprague each of us have a role in reducing interference with those around us. Our customers, our peers, our employees and our bosses.
Interference can be anything: traffic, weather, process or even mindset. Our job it to minimize this interference for customer and for each other. This way our performance will be much closer to our potential.
So remember, P1 = P2 – I.
