My legacy.

If your work is exceptional, you are not exceptional, your work is.

If your work is lousy, you are not lousy, your work is.

I find too much of my self-confidence is aligned to achievements instead of my core values. Who we are is less about what we have achieved and more about our habits and our day to day interactions. It’s all about how we interact with each other. How do I feel about my achievements? They are fuel. Goals, failures, and slights all provide me with the motivation I need achieve and push through when things get tough.

My legacy will be how I treated everyone around me.

Professionalism = emotional patience

Every Day.
