It’s long-term planning season. The summer is when we begin plans for next year. I like to start with a personal introspection question for this process.
“What do I want?”
Stop to think about it. What do you want? Take a minute. Focus. Close your eyes. Breath in, breath out. Think through what you would like. Ask yourself again, what do I want? You can make this exercise as long or short as needed. Use it on a single or multiple topics.
Starting to come up with a vision? Great.
Now here’s the real question; what are you going to do next?
